The MV-150E 4-column hydraulic press belongs to the M series and is custom-designed for deburring cast casting in aluminum, steel and other materials.
It features a top table and a bottom table made of C45E steel, machined with DIN-650 slots to ensure minimal friction in the vertical movement of the top table, facilitated by maintenance-free bimetallic bushings and perfect parallelism achieved through four chromed and ground cylindrical columns.
It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 305 Bar, thus ensuring long-lasting durability and reliability in performance.
It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Composed of three electrowelded blocks made exclusively from S355JR steel.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
- Double-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and anti-wear guides.
- Motorized hydraulic group with two speeds and automatic disconnection of the fast speed. Includes cylinder decompression valve. Quiet hydraulic pump.
- All hydraulic presses in the M series include a pressure switch located on the side that allows adjustment of the most suitable pressure setting for each type of work.
- Glycerin manometer with tonnage reading.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
- The electrical cabinet includes a selector to choose the type of work to be performed in manual, semi-automatic, or automatic mode, and a selector for choosing between fast or slow speed operation.
- Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-controlled. They include an additional safety block and self-control devices for operation and safety. Includes verification and certification of proper functioning and safety distance for photocells.
- Operation is performed using a two-hand push button.
- For safety, it includes laser and protection of the work area with level IV photoelectric barriers.
