The MV-800E/NC four-column hydraulic press belongs to the M/NC series and is custom-designed to achieve greater precision and capacity, specifically manufactured for deep drawing and cutting tasks.
Equipped with a top and bottom table made of C45E steel, machined with DIN-650 slots to ensure minimal friction in the vertical movement of the top table through the installation of maintenance-free bimetallic bushings and perfect parallelism achieved by four chromed and ground cylindrical columns.
It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 265 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability in its performance.
It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Consists of three electrowelded blocks made exclusively of S355JR steel.
- Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
- Calculated and designed using finite element software.
- The bottom table is equipped with a 250 Tn hydraulic cushion with a useful surface of 750 x 750 mm.
- Incorporates a SIEMENS KP-700 COMFORT NC for the regulation of the top table stroke, speed changes, working pressure, and the regulation of the hydraulic cushion in stroke and pressure.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
- Single-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chromed piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
- The hydraulic group is installed entirely on the top of the press.
- The hydraulic group includes a silent Denison hydraulic pump and an air-oil cooler.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
- Incorporates a Siemens SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 7” KTP-700 COMFORT touch screen located on the electrical panel. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, power, stroke, and dwell time of the main cylinder and the cushion. It has a storage capacity of 300 recipes, each recipe can program all the above values.
- Prepared for Industry 4.0.
- The electrical panel includes a selector to choose the type of work to be performed in manual “adjustments” or automatic “production” mode.
- The electrical and hydraulic maneuvers are redundant and self-controlled. They incorporate an additional safety block and self-control devices for maneuver and safety. Includes verification and certification of correct functioning and the safety distance for the photocells.
- The operation is carried out by a low-voltage electric pedal.
- To ensure safety, it includes category IV photoelectric barriers located in the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a practicable guard with a magnetic disconnection detector located at the rear.
