The LV-500E hydraulic press belongs to the L series and is custom-designed for straightening and punching operations.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure below 320 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability in its performance.

It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

Features a 4-column structure with open sides, a movable base, and a movable head, made exclusively from S355JR steel, bolted with double bolts per column.
- Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
- Calculated and designed with finite element software.
The head is movable on rails using machined internal guides and rack and pinion transmission with a handwheel and quick locking.
The base is equipped with a motorized lifting system via a hoist with lateral guiding rollers and two side cylinders, making the base fully accessible from the inside.
The base is fixed with two central pins and four anti-tilt screws per side for secure mounting of tooling.

Double-acting cylinder with a chrome-plated piston, anti-wear guides, removable punch, and a machined end of the piston for tooling adaptation. Includes anti-rotation with a milled end and stroke limit switches.
Motorized hydraulic group with 2 speeds, speed selector, and automatic deactivation of high speed based on pressure. Operated by solenoid valves and includes check valves, pressure limiting valve, and cylinder decompression system.
Glycerin manometer with tonne reading.

Electrical installation with pedal operation and selector for manual or automatic mode.
