The ML-300E/NC hydraulic press belongs to the M/NC series and is custom-designed for the adjustment of molds and dies, featuring a movable lower table and a tilting upper table.
It includes chrome-plated and rectified cylindrical columns with protective bellows, 200 mm in diameter, made from C45E steel, specifically manufactured to maintain a low friction and wear coefficient.
It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure below 290 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Structure made from oxy-cut steel, divided into four electro-welded and machined monoblocks.
- Movable lower table and tilting upper table, both machined with T-slot fixation grooves.
- Lower table designed to support up to 50 TN in displacement, supported by bronze guides with graphite load and mechanical positioning centers for precise table positioning.
- Upper table equipped with hydraulic safety pins to prevent falling, and tilting counter-table at 110°, designed to support molds up to 35 TN during tilting, with disengagement and ramp parking at 140°.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
- Single-acting cylinders with lapped sleeves, chrome-plated pistons, and anti-wear guides.
- 400-liter hydraulic group with a silent 1-speed Denison pump, automatic disconnection of the fast approach pre-filling speed, and equipped with a decompression system for working speed.
- Hydraulic group cooling system with an independent air-oil radiator unit.
- All M/NC series hydraulic presses include a lateral pressure switch allowing adjustment of the most suitable pressure setting for each type of work.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
- Electrical installation for manual and automatic operation of the main cylinder advance, low-voltage operation via two-hand pushbutton and gravity-drop pushbutton.
- Includes a SIEMENS safety PLC model SIMATIC S7 1200 and a 7” touchscreen model MTP-700 located at the top of the electric pedal. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic operating modes, power, travel, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. Capable of storing 300 recipes, each with programmable values.
- Electronic safety system for the upper table pins and mechanical and electronic positioning of the removable lower table.
- Features anti-fall safety system with rack and trigger for automatic closure in case of hydraulic pressure failure or electrical system malfunction.
- Level IV photoelectric barriers installed at the front and rear, along with lateral protections with openings and safety microswitches.
