The RM-130E Rigid Frame Hydraulic Press belongs to the R series and is custom-designed for specific deep drawing applications.
Equipped with an upper table and a lower table made of C45E steel machined with 2 T-slots DIN-650.
It consists of an electrowelded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined at the end of the structural welding process, with an upper table featuring four guides with maintenance-free anti-friction bushings to ensure perfect parallelism and precision, calculated and designed using finite element software.
It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 235 Bar, thus ensuring prolonged durability and reliability in its performance.
The most notable adaptations are:
- 25 Tn hydraulic cushion housed in the lower table with 12 candles.
- 2 Tn ejector with a 25 mm stroke on the upper table.
- Approach speed: 110 mm/s
- Working speed: 12 mm/s
- Return speed: 160 mm/s
