TWO-COLUMN HYDRAULIC PRESS WITH FIXED BED FOR VULCANIZATION WORK

The FDV-125 E double-column fixed bed hydraulic press belongs to the F series and is custom-designed for vulcanization tasks.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure below 255 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability in its performance.

It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

Features a rigid, electrowelded fixed bed structure made exclusively from S355JR steel.
- Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
- Calculated and designed using finite element software.

Thermal top and bottom tables measuring 1,350 x 1,100 x 115 mm with a cooled backing plate.
Top table guided by 4 columns of ø 60.
Bottom table with hydraulic extraction.

Two double-acting cylinders with lapped sleeves, chrome-plated pistons, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
Anti-rotation with adjustable end stops on the left side for regulating the rise, fall, and speed change of the top table.
Motorized hydraulic group with 2 speeds.
