Our HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic ram press is designed with a range of three different powers ranging from 150 to 300 tons.
Horizontal hydraulic presses are specially designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams.
The horizontal design of the machine allows us to easily handle large beams and profiles. The latest generation HV series horizontal hydraulic press has evolved into a versatile machine, capable of incorporating a variety of tooling options.
They operate at a hydraulic pressure below 320 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.
STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The HV/NC series horizontal straightening hydraulic presses consist of a C-shaped electro-welded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Calculated and designed using finite element software. With all this, we always guarantee our high standards of robustness, precision, and quality.
They are equipped with a main push table and a rear support table made of high-strength steel and machined with DIN 650 grooves. They incorporate support blocks made of C45E steel as standard. The main table ensures perfect parallelism through four cylindrical guides with maintenance-free bimetallic bushings with friction-free maintenance.
They incorporate two adjustable height accompanying rollers located on each side as standard.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
Double-acting cylinder with seamless cold-drawn tube, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
Two-speed motorized hydraulic group with automatic disconnection of the fast speed. Includes cylinder decompression valve.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
Electrical installation equipped with a motor guard and emergency stop.
Meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.
Supplied with an instruction manual.
