The MV-800E/NC-SINCRO hydraulic press belongs to the M/NC series and is custom-designed for the adjustment and testing of molds, dies, and punches.
It features four rectified and chrome-plated cylindrical columns with protective bellows, 250 mm in diameter, made of C45E steel, specially manufactured to ensure optimal performance.
It utilizes an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of up to 250 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability.
It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Structure designed to support 600 TN of concentrated force on 1/3 of its surface.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
- Two double-acting hydraulic cylinders with 400 TN each.
- Single-speed hydraulic group with automatic disconnection of the pre-filling speed and independent operation, equipped with a decompression system and proportional pressure pre-filling valves. Features digital potentiometers on the upper table for displacement control and a synchro-electronic system for compensating off-center or unbalanced forces.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
- Electrical installation for operation at 1 or 2 speeds of the main cylinder advance.
- The press has a manual cycle and an automatic cycle (activated via a test key selector):
- The manual cycle allows for the execution of all movements (step-by-step) of the press at a slow speed.
- The automatic cycle allows the press to perform a full production cycle.
- Electrical safety system for the anti-fall system of the upper table.
