HYDRAULIC PRESS WITH MOVABLE HEAD FOR PRESS FITTING, EXTRACTING, PUNCHING, BENDING, AND STRAIGHTENING OXYCUT PLATES

The LRD-500E hydraulic press belongs to the L series and is custom-designed to facilitate operations such as punching, extraction, assembly, perforation, bending, and straightening.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 315 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability in its performance.

It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES

  • Features a column structure made exclusively from S355JR steel, bolted and with double bolts per column.
    • Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
    • Calculated and designed with finite element software with a structural coefficient of level 5.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP

  • Double-acting cylinder with a stroke of 350 mm and 500 tons capacity, featuring a lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and anti-wear guides.
  • Motorized head movement of 2000 mm.
  • Useful vertical opening of 450 mm.
  • 15 HP motorized hydraulic group with two speeds and automatic deactivation of high speed.
  • Includes a cylinder decompression valve.
  • Approach speed 7 mm/s, working speed 2 mm/s, and return speed 12 mm/s.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

  • The electrical panel includes a selector to choose between manual or automatic operation and a selector for rapid approach speed or slow working/adjustment speed.
  • Operation is controlled via a suspended control station with an emergency stop (“Z”) for safety.
