We have designed the CR/SERVO series motorized hydraulic C-frame presses with low energy consumption, offering a 60% energy saving. The series includes three different power options ranging from 80 to 150 tons.
These presses are specifically engineered for high-production tasks such as stamping, punching, and deep drawing.
The latest-generation CR/SERVO hydraulic presses offer enhanced versatility, including the option to integrate them into automatic production lines.
They operate with hydraulic pressure under 290 BAR, ensuring extended durability of the entire hydraulic system.
STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The CR/SERVO series hydraulic swan neck presses feature an electro-welded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. The structure is stabilized and machined after the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. Designed using finite element software, this ensures the highest standards of precision and quality.
The presses are equipped with an upper and lower table made from C45E steel, machined with DIN 650 slots. The upper table guarantees perfect alignment through four 50mm diameter cylindrical lateral guides with maintenance-free bimetallic antifriction bushings.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP:
The main cylinder is single-acting, featuring a lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides. For fast approach and return, two lateral double-acting cylinders with lapped sleeves, chrome-plated pistons, and anti-wear guides are installed, allowing rapid movement for approach and return.
The motorized hydraulic group includes a servo motor and REXROTH proportional valves, with a pre-fill valve for approach and return, a constant power pump with variable speed via the servo motor, a check valve, pressure-limiting valve, cylinder decompression valve, and an air-oil cooling system.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
The press is equipped with a Siemens PLC (model SIMATIC S7 1200) and a 7” orientable touchscreen panel (model MPT-700), mounted on an articulated arm. This setup allows programming of power, cylinder stroke, and speed, with storage for up to 300 memory settings.
Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-controlled. The press includes an additional safety block and self-control devices for both operation and safety. It also includes verification and certification of proper functioning and safety distances for photoelectric cells.
The press is operated via a low-voltage electric pedal. For added safety, the press features type 4 PLe photoelectric safety barriers at the front working area, two fixed lateral protective screens with polycarbonate windows, and internal LED lighting. A user manual is included.
The press fully complies with all essential health and safety requirements according to CE regulations.
