HIDROGARNE hydraulic press mod. MV-800 E with four columns with a power of 800 Tn. Specially designed for drawing and cutting work.
STRUCTURES AND TABLES
- It consists of three electrowelded blocks made exclusively of S355JR steel.
- It is stabilized and mechanized at the end of the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision.
- Calculated and designed with finite element software.
- It is provided with an upper table and a lower table made of C45E steel machined with 6 DIN-650 grooves
- We guarantee a minimum friction in the vertical movement of the upper table by installing alloyed bronze bushings with graphite loading and perfect parallelism by means of four rectified and chrome-plated cylindrical columns made of C45E steel.
- A 250-ton hydraulic cushion with a useful surface of 750 x 750 mm is installed on the lower table.
- Control desk by NC Siemens KT-700 TOUCH for adjusting the stroke of the upper table, changes in speed, working pressure and regulation of the hydraulic cushion in stroke and pressure.
- It incorporates a SIEMENS S-7 PLC that allows the programming of 300 memories.
CYLINDER AND HIDRAULIC GROUP
The cylinder is single acting with a lapped sleeve, a chrome-plated piston and anti-wear guides.
The hydraulic group is installed entirely in the upper part of the press. The hydraulic group incorporates Denison brand silent hydraulic pump and air oil cooler.
Includes: decompression system, pressure solenoid valves, pre-fill valves, communication valve, check valve, pressure relief valve and anti-fall valve.
Four lateral cylinders installed to compensate the Ram during cutting and Anti-Ram valve.
ELECTRIC INSTALATION AND SAFETY
- The electrical panel incorporates a selector that allows choosing the type of work that we want to do in the manual position « Settings » or the automatic cycle « production ».
- The machine is powered by low-voltage electric pedals.
- To guarantee safety, they incorporate level IV photoelectric barriers located in the front work area, two fixed side protections and a practicable protection with a magnetic disconnection detector located at the rear.
