The RM-220E Special Hydraulic Press belongs to the R series and is custom-designed for specific deep drawing applications.
Equipped with an upper table and a lower table made of C45E steel.
It consists of an electrowelded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined at the end of the structural welding process, with an upper table featuring four guides with maintenance-free anti-friction bushings to ensure perfect parallelism and precision, calculated and designed using finite element software.
Designed with finite element software and a structural coefficient level 5, its fixed frame is extremely robust, capable of withstanding forces well above its nominal capacity.
It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Upper slotted table of 1.000 x 1.300 mm with 4 chrome-plated and bushed guides of 100 mm diameter.
- Lower slotted table of 1.000 x 1.300 mm, removable and includes a counter table.
- Maximum distance between tables is 700 mm and minimum 400 mm.
- Includes a 100 t cushion with 24 candles of 40 mm diameter, removable and distributed over an area of 500 mm.
- The cushion stroke is 200 mm with adjustment via limit switches and pressure switch.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
- Double-acting hydraulic cylinder of 220 t, with a stroke of 300 mm, chrome-plated piston and anti-wear guides.
- Equipped with anti-rotation device with precise limit switches.
- Hydraulic unit of 11 kW and 2 speeds with automatic disconnection of the fast speed, operated by solenoid valves.
- Includes cylinder decompression valve.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
- Electrical installation with manual and automatic operation, selector for 1 or 2 speeds, and two-hand button operation.
