The RM-150E/NC rigid arch hydraulic press belongs to the R/NC series and is custom-designed to house a rubber container for reproducing high-precision aerospace parts.
It features an electro-welded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. The structure is stabilized and machined at the end of the structural welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision, designed using finite element software.
It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 305 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability.
It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Equipped with an upper and lower table made from C45E steel, machined with DIN-650 slots. The upper table ensures perfect parallelism with four lateral cylindrical guides with maintenance-free bimetallic anti-friction bearings.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
- Double-acting cylinder with a lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
- Two-speed motorized hydraulic group with automatic disconnection of the high speed. Includes a cylinder decompression valve.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
- Includes a standard Siemens safety PLC model SIMATIC S7 1200 and a 7” MTP-700 touch screen. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, power, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. It has a storage capacity for 300 recipes, with each recipe capable of storing all the above values.
- The electrical cabinet includes a selector for choosing between manual or automatic operation and a key selector for maintenance tasks.
- Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-monitored. Includes an additional safety block and self-monitoring devices for operation and safety.
- Includes verification and certification of proper operation and safety distance for photoelectric cells.
- For safety, it includes type 4 PLe photoelectric safety barriers located in the front work area, two fixed lateral protections, and a practical rear protection with a magnetic disconnection detector, polycarbonate windows, and LED interior lighting.
