The RM-400E/NC hydraulic press, part of the R/NC series, is custom-designed for specific embutition, stamping, die-cutting, and forming applications.
Equipped with a top and bottom table made of C45E steel.
The press has an electrowelded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined after the structural welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision, calculated and designed using finite element software.
It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of less than 290 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability in performance.
It meets all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Top table of 1,000 x 800 mm, with four cylindrical guides of Ø 80 mm with anti-friction bi-metallic bushings, requiring no maintenance.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
- Main single-acting cylinder with chrome-plated piston and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
- 2 lateral double-acting cylinders for approach and return speeds.
- Motorized hydraulic group with two speeds and automatic disconnection of the fast speed.
- Cylinder decompression valve.
- Pressure switch located on the side to adjust the pressure setting suitable for each type of work.
- Equipped with a directional valve, a pressure relief valve, a decompression valve, and an air-oil cooling system.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
- Includes a SIEMENS PLC model SIMATIC S7 1200 and a 7” KTP-700 CONFORT touchscreen located in the electrical panel. Allows programming of operation modes in semi-automatic and automatic, power, stroke, and dwell time. It has a storage capacity of 300 recipes, with each recipe allowing the programming of all the above values.
- Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitored. They include an additional safety block and self-monitoring devices for control and safety. Includes verification and certification of proper function and safety distance for photoelectric cells.
- Operation is performed via a low-voltage electric pedal.
- To ensure safety, it includes lasers and protection of the work area with level IV photoelectric barriers.
