The MV-1000E/NC hydraulic press belongs to the M/NC series and is custom-designed for demanding vulcanization and deep drawing applications.
It features four 250 mm diameter chrome-plated cylindrical columns made of C45E steel, specially manufactured to ensure optimal performance in these applications.
It utilizes an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of up to 290 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliability.
It meets and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Central table with T-slots guided by the four columns and bronze-graphite bushings.
- Lower table with T-slots and front hydraulic extraction capable of moving loads up to 25 TN.
- Useful dimensions of the tables: 1500×1500 mm.
- Tables include two heated plates capable of reaching temperatures up to 250ºC.
- Controlled by a thermal system TL 42-1/4 that allows pressure and temperature recording, visualization, and data storage.
- Thermal plate precision is ±5%.
- Includes a cooling circuit.
- Equipped with a SIEMENS S-7/1200 KP-400 NC to regulate table travel, working pressure, hydraulic peripherals, program pressing time, and speed changes.
CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
- 4 main cylinders, each with 250 TN capacity.
- Two lateral cylinders for rapid approach and return of the central table.
- Two-speed motorized hydraulic group with automatic disconnection of the fast speed.
- Pressure and control solenoid valves by REXROTH.
- Double vane pump for high and low pressure by DENISON-PARKER.
- Includes hydraulic connections for auxiliary peripherals and air-oil cooling equipment.
- The hydraulic group is located at the top of the press, with a transit walkway installed for easy access.
- All M series hydraulic presses include a lateral pressure switch to regulate the most suitable pressure setting for each type of work.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
- Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4” KTP-400 touchscreen located in the electrical panel. Allows programming of the operating mode in semi-automatic and automatic, power, travel, and dwell time. It has a storage capacity of 99 recipes, with all the above values programmable per recipe.
- The electrical panel includes a selector to choose the type of work in manual or automatic cycle mode.
- Also includes a selector for choosing fast approach speed, slow working speed, and tooling adjustments.
- Electrical and electronic materials are from SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS, and LG brands.
- Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-controlled. Includes an additional safety block and self-control devices for operation and safety. Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distance for photoelectric cells.
- Operation is performed via a two-hand pushbutton.
- For safety, it includes laser and area protection with level IV photoelectric barriers.
